SUPERB. Built me a set of beautiful garden steps. Absolutely spot on in terms of speed to quote (came round within a few days), gave me a date to start the work and a suitable timeline which he stuck to. Worked through the hellish snow storm we had a few weeks back and even took some of his own paving back up because he felt it didn't set perfectly over night. Completed the work as requested and to the agreed, quoted price. Polite and punctual and a nice bunch to have in and around the house. Have recommended Andy to my parents for further work and will certainly use again in the future.

Responded very promptly and came round the following morning. Identified the cause of my light failure and then spent part of the rest of the day looking for the required part - Which he had delivered the following day and immediately came round to fit it.
