Andrew did a great job wiring a new extractor fan for me. He was flexible when I needed to change the date of the job, then was prompt and professional when he arrived at my home. The extractor fan I had was not functioning and so he did not charge me for the visit until he could come back and install a new one I purchased online that he collected on his way over for the second visit. Very pleased with the service.

Nick was quick to respond and sort out the issue even though we had bought the wrong shower. He was very professional and explained everything. Thoughtful of our tenants. Left the flat nice and tidy. This man came to replace a faulty LED strip in my kitchen. Allowed the wire to slip inside and when he saw that he couldn't retrieve the wire, lied that he was runnlate and would return the next day to take his time to fix it properly. My instinct said he wasn't coming back, and I was right.

Brett fitted a Rointe towel rail and radiator which we are really pleased with as it has transformed our flat.
