The team from Poweron were hard working, professional, polite and very competent. Fitted a range of light fittings, boiler control, added channel in wall for new wiring and were happy to add new jobs on the spot. Very reasonable rates. Post-job support was also excellent. Despite having been paid in full and even extra on the completion of the job, Mustafa refuses to do the final tests and issue an EIC. He just keeps coming with either vague promises to visit, or cancels on the last minute basis. this has been going on for the past 3 weeks. I am considering making a complaint to the Small Claims Court and NAPIT and Local Authority Building Control. I have kept all copies of our communications whether in emails, text messages or otherwise as an evidence.

He re-wired the entire house and set up an alarm system and a security system fully integrated with smart control devices and phone apps. We have hired Dan and Raf (D&R henceforth) for the renovation of our newly purchased Victorian terraced house. We solicited a few quotes from different companies and decided on proceeding with D&R as the quote was not only one of the most competitive in terms of price but also very detailed and straightforward in terms of the material and labour costs for the different parts of the work. D&R (together with their team workers) have done a complete top-to-bottom renovation of the property, including re-wiring, some structural work (removal of two load-bearing walls), installation of new wooden floors, tiling and installation of new kitchen and bathroom, fitting of new internal and external doors, some carpentry work. By the end of the work the total cost of the renovation work did not deviate significantly from the quote we had initially been given. Also the works were concluded largely within the deadline agreed preceding the works (11 weeks instead of 10 for a complete renovation). D&R have been particularly helpful in providing suggestions throughout the project, and they were often in contact with us to ensure that the renovation was in line with our preference. The scope of work has changed a few times throughout the course of the project, and D&R have always been able to accommodate our requests. Overall, we are extremely happy with the overall results and we would highly recommend D&R’s services.

I hired Mohammad for a last-minute urgent job to reinstall a badly fitted bathroom light fixture. A previous electrician had left Wago clips exposed and had not installed the light safely...something Mohamed immediately spotted when he removed the light cover. He arrived on time, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and a really nice guy. He also took the time to give us helpful tips on how best to proceed with other electrical work in our flat. His pricing was fair, and the quality of his work gave us great peace of mind. :) We’ll definitely be hiring Mohamed again for future jobs. Highly recommended!
