Upon speaking with the engineer at Voltek, he advised he could attend to site within a couple of hours. Engineer promptly visited at a reasonable cost and rectified the issue on site whilst there. Will definitely use again in the future

Luca and his team were superb all the way through and handled the job brilliantly. From the initial quote, Luca was warm and friendly and gave me every confidence in the project. My precise needs and requirements were evaluated before anything happened, and Luca came up with some great ideas to maximise the result of the build. The whole process was smooth from start to finish with regular updates on progress. The final result was outstanding, I couldn't be any happier! Excellent quality workmanship and nothing was too much trouble. Luca's team are so good to work with, Walter was an absolute pleasure and was incredibly kind and respectful (I have a young daughter and nothing noisy was done during nap times!). The project cost stayed exactly to quote too. I hope to work with GS Build & Design again in the future. Thank you very much for everything!

Bekir did an excellent job at the very reasonable price he quoted. He replaced 3 storage heaters and another wall heater with four modern electric radiators, took the old ones away, ran new circuits to avoid (un)Economy 7 and finished the job well within the allocated day. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

We are delighted with the finished project. To install replacement floodlighting around our outdoor arena in Epsom Riding for the Disabled. Daniel was very prompt and professional at each stage and provided a clear and detailed quote. He engaged with a specialist, and hired appropriate access equipment to get the job done. He kept everyone informed and worked around some inclement weather. The final result is a ‘brilliant’ upgrade to our outdoor arena, No hesitation in recommending Zap Electrical.

Tonin came to fit my Hive thermostat. Unfortunately on the first visit he realised the boiler had a broken part which needed to be replaced, as well as it being in an awkward place to work. Given time constraints and need for spare part he offered to order the part and come back another day. Part ordered and he came back to do the work. Hive successfully installed despite the tricky position of the boiler. Was very helpful in getting the system up and running and making sure the hive was working as expected (the installation worked but the hive unit itself was being a bit slow). Tonin got the job done while being very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone.

Terry came with his buddy Lee. They are very good electricians and know their trade inside and out. They centralized some ceiling lights that had been in a very strange place and installed new ones in other places. They are very friendly and listened and checked what I wanted at every stage. They seem to make customer satisfaction a priority. They are very hard working and tidied up the mess and took away the rubbish. They also fixed a couple of things free of charge. I am very happy with the result of all their work. It’s beautifully done. It was a good value for money. I’ve recommended T M Electrical to a couple of neighbours.
