We chose Common Electrics initially because of the NICEIC registration,the fact that Peter appeared honest and knowledgeable and of course the reasonable estimate for the work. We were not disappointed. Peter worked around our 20 years of accummulated furniture without problem. He consulted us to resolve any issues that were uncovered as he worked in our nearly 200 year old house and was polite and considerate. He worked consistently throughout the two days he was here replacing sockets and updating our telephone leads. He was committed to ensuring the safety standards of the work he did and we were consequently reassured that there will be no future problems. We are delighted with the standard of work and the efficiency with which it was carried out and so would not hesitate to recommend Common Electrics (something I am normally cautious of doing). I would gladly have Peter back for any further work should the need arise.

FANTASTIC. PERFECTIONIST. HARD WORKING. FLEXIBLE. A PLEASURE TO HAVE WORKING IN OUR HOME. We have been so very impressed with this company from the moment we met and spoke with Thomas and we have not been disappointed. The company quotation was reasonable and thankfully we made the right decision and engaged them to carry out the work. Our kitchen has certainly been lightened up and the electrics brought up to scratch, and Thomas demonstrated extra thought and care in transforming a very untidy, dated and muddled electric system into a neat and well-ordered one that continues to make me very happy each time I open that particular cupboard. Thomas always took the time to explain what he would be doing and worked collaboratively with the other trades involved in our project. We would certainly want to engage his company again for any electrical work we may require in the future, be it a smaller job or another project.
