I would highly recommend DCS to everyone. I'm an out of town commercial landlord and my tenant called me to say that all the switches weren't working which would mean she couldn't run her business properly. I thought it was going to be a big disaster but DCS were able to attend very quickly and did a great job. Dave communicated with me throughout, and my tenant was very happy with the service they provided. What really impressed me was that they were very honest with the diagnosis, and charged a very reasonable rate. Me being out of town and not knowing anything about electrics wasn't taken advantage of it all, he was honest about the problem which turned out to be simple and affordable to fix. Thanks DCS!!

Steve was a gem of a find. Trustworthy, prompt, knowledgeable about the different ways of doing what we wanted with power and really friendly. He has done work in our (old) house multiple times (and we hav'nt finished yet). Helpful about other trades too. I would'nt want another electrian now. Thanks Steve ,will be in touch when covid safe.

Before I gave Tom the job, the quote on Mybuilder was £50-£100. This was before he saw the job. When he did the job he still didn't provide a quote after seeing the job. I assumed that the price would fall somewhere between £50-£100 as I have these types of jobs done regularly. However I received an invoice for £105 which was a big shock to me. I had a conversation with Tom to say it was excessive and he said he would knock £5 off! At no point did he agree £100 let alone £105 with me as these prices are unreasonable or told me how much it was going to cost before he did the job. If I'd known I would get a bill for £105 I would have asked him not to do the job. Please check and agree a price with before he does your job as otherwise the price will be inflated.
