First of all I am a professional landlord. I needed to find a new electrician as my last one that had I had been using for the last 12 years was becoming painfully unreliable. In the past I would only use NICEIC electricians. The quotes I received from mybuilder.com were from one extreme to the other extreme. For some reason I decided to take on Mehdi from M F Building Services, it may have been because he was registered with Napit & that he did not have any feedback what so ever, my thinking for this was I'm sure he is going to be good & reasonable to get on the ladder with feedbacks. His quote was not the cheapest but fair. He produced his badge and insurance both of which I have copies for my records. (I also checked him out with Napit registration.) In the past I would only use NICEIC electricians but I have read about Napit and have seen it growing over the last few years. Anyway back to the job and feedback for Mehdi . His price was accepted for the job. Mehdi gave me a date and time and arrived 10 minutes early. The job was completed and an invoice and Napit minor works certificate supplied. After this I asked Medhi if he could do an electrical safety test for one of my properties that was becoming due. Again date and time was kept and the test carried out and a Napit Safety Certificate supplied. As a person/electrician he is friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. I have today given his number to one of the managing agents that I deal with.

I hired Ricky as his reply to my job posting was very detailed and helpful - it was clear he had taken the time to read the post carefully and he proposed some possible causes and solutions to the issue. He did a great job on site diagnosing the problem and fixed it quickly and at a competitive rate. All the while very professional and friendly. Koni went out of his way to come out on a Sunday and and replace an external wire that had been been cut by the builders. Sadly thr light unit we supplied was not suitable but as the wiring was in place we were able to fit a suitable one ourselves.

Jonathan was reliable quick and tidy. He returned everything to its original position post work. Nothing was left u tidy. He did everything he said he would. His work and manner impeccable and he was totally reliable. The jobs were small but we would definitely keep his number for anything in the future. Will retire faith in anyone who has had bad dealings with people in the past. His rates are reasonable too, having compared to 2 other electricians on Nextdoor.

Excellent job. Mr Pitt was prompt to respond to job request. Arrived early on agreed day. Tested electrical supplies to both lights and analysed the problem, and helpfully explained it. Replaced and reconnected one of the ceiling rose attachments properly and both ceiling lights were working as a result. Also, gave me some advice about updating the fusebox.
