I'm incredibly happy with the job Basit did for me. He is extremely polite, professional and experienced. His prices are incredibly reasonable and the professional service he provides makes it even feel like you are getting a bargain. Basit contacted me and arranged to come to my house to give an estimate, he was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. He gave me a quote and arranged a day he could do the work. On the day, he arrived on time and started straight away. He was very tidy and respectful, making sure not to leave a mess. He tested everything was working and demonstrated it to make extra sure. He also charged the estimate, no hidden costs, despite the work being a little more complicated than initially thought. I would 100% recommend Basit to anyone who needs an electrician and definitely if you want to put in ethernet ports to better connect your home. I will be using his services again.

Ben was excellent: he's a very friendly and professional individual who clearly was able to present the different options avaliable to solve the requested problems as well as explain any challenges he faced. He sorted a number of new plugs, completed some very challenging wiring (the joys of Victorian properties!) and installed a number of new light as well as a wired in a fitted a new heated bathroom mirror. Overall 10/10 - I highly recommend you use Ben for your electrical works.

Conversions - General- 29 Dec 2021
We struggled to get anyone interested in our refurbishment project originally, Mark answered an ad for a small part of the job and ended up being able to take on the whole thing thankfully. Our project was to completely strip out a 1960's maisonette flat, install internal insulation which involved extensive battening of all the external walls, new plasterboarding & plastering finishes to walls and ceilings, tiling and a completely new bathroom and kitchen install. To complicate things further, as enthusiastic DIY-ers we wanted to do lots of works ourselves as well and few builders would have worked alongside novices as well as Mark did. He was always happy to give advice or take over works when we realised they were beyond our skills or time ;-) Our project was constantly evolving and challenging - as we discovered hidden rotting floor joists and the joys of 60's engineering - door lintels - who needs those?! Mark was always there to help us problem solve and get the job done professionally and to high standards and this was all done throughout the challenging last year of lockdowns etc. Without hesitation we'd recommend Mark and his team. He was always reliable, flexible as the project developed and had excellent attention to detail and we couldn't have completed our project without him. Thank you Mark!
