He was three hours late and arrived at my place without the necessary equipment—a drill and a ladder—even though he knew the job was to hang two ceiling lights. I had sent him pictures in advance, and I described the task over the phone. As a result, he had to go and get the tools, which added another hour to the delay. In the end, the work was good and completed quickly, but I’m not sure it was worth the long wait and the stress.

Josh was courteous and professional, sending me a detailed quotation (with details on when / how to pay) within two days of assessing the job. He explained the process, through to completion, once I'd hired him and we agreed a start date. He sent me a reminder text the day before the scheduled work. He and his colleague arrived right on time over the two days. And Josh returned at 7am (I had to leave for work at 7.45am) on the third day to complete a 10-minute task that he didn't have the part for on the previous day. I would certainly use Josh again.

I recently hired Grande Construct Ltd to find and fix a leak, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. Although the company was new on MyBuilder and I was a bit worried at first, they quickly proved themselves to be reliable and highly professional. They located the issue and solved it within 2 hours, which was much faster than I expected. Their price was also more affordable than other competitors, which was a great bonus. The team worked cleanly and efficiently, leaving everything tidy once the job was done. Overall, an excellent, stress-free experience. Excellent work by Thomas Tredos. He installed a new EV circuit and a sub-consumer unit in my garage with zero fuss. Despite the distance from the main house, the installation is very neat and professional. Punctual, polite, and great value for the quality of work. 5 stars!
