We needed someone to carry out and manage all the aspects of a house renovation, including new roof, insertion of lintels, some new windows, new bathroom and kitchen, partial rewire, new central heating, refurbishment of brickwork, new flooring, replacement of doors, and so forth. This was to bring a late Victorian semi-detached to modern standards. We live quite a distance away, so could make only short irregular trips to inspect progress. We obtained two quotes, both in the same ball park (we were highly impressed with both builders) and opted for Andrew - partly because of the instant attention to detail. We have been very happy with the way the renovation has been managed and with the quality of work, and it has been easy interacting with Andrew in negotiating changes to plan, handling unforeseen problems, and so forth. He also helped considerably in advice concerning various aspects of detail.

I commissioned Anthony's company to carry out re-wire (first and second fix) for the entire ground floor of my home. Anthony responded promptly and made a visit to survey the work. A couple of days later I received a professional quotation via email with a detailed description of the works and the costs. The price was in line with what's expected with this type of works. Anthony and his team arrived on the agreed day and completed the first fix within the timescale he provided. I was impressed with the professional outfit and the efficiency of his team. Anthony has a positive can-do attitude, listened to my specification and made sure the work was delivered according to my requirements. The team came back a few days later and did the second fix. All the works were delivered and certified according to Part P regs. Overall I am very happy with the quality of the work. I will definitely recommend Anthony and his company Upgrade Electrical for any type of residential electrical work.

I would whole heartedly recommend John and his business I needed a fireplace and hearth moving within 2 weeks, then needed the fireplace boarding up and electrical works adding to add sockets to the chimney breast John offered to work a weekend but was able to fit us in the Friday before the deadline, which is massively appreciated He did an excellent job removing the fireplace and hearth. He later came back to add in electrical works chasing to the nearest power source and adding 3 sockets to a very high standard John was friendly and I found him very knowledgeable. I will definitely use John again in the future. Thank you

Hello back in February this year chris and his team. Turned my old kitchen and dining room into one room big kitchen with large bifold doors. They did all the electrics lights plumbing radiators plastering flooring new kitchen. Structural work. New doors. Chris and his team turned up on time on the days they said they would until the job was complete. Can’t ask for much more. Great work all round
