Excellent service Matt contacted me asap and arranged to visit at a convenient time for both. He was on time, extremely helpful and sorted the heating and hot water in double quick time and kindly said I didn't need to pay!!!!. He explained things to me in a language that even me with my non electric know how could understand. The quote provided was sent immediately for the works to the kitchen lights. Matt returned the following Monday, prompt again and replaced the kitchen lights; again this was done without any disturbance and he cleaned up as he went about the work. A few days before Christmas the sockets in the upstairs of my property stopped working including the socket that the boiler ran from. The circuit breaker on the fuse board that controlled these sockets would not stay on. Thankfully Hamid was able to come out very soon after getting in touch. He arrived exactly on time to quote for the work and began identifying the fault straight away. Having read up about fault finding when the issue first happened I appreciate its not easy, and Hamid was very thorough and really diligently spent time finding the fault and then rectified it. His quote was also the cheapest I received and considering the time he spent identifying the fault, it was great value. I definitely recommend Hamid.
