I initially had the worst experience with go assist who charged me nearly 250 for a bathroom light with ventilation connected to the same switch which needed a new one and the guy was awfull and gave me the wrong switch and made it dangerous I used Joseph electrics as they were local and needed it fixed as a q emergency and he was amazing! So much cheaper much more informative couldn’t recommend more!

Excellent work. It wasn't an easy installation as the motor was hidden and the access was not easy to reach. However the team work was great and made sure the extractor fan was timed correctly based on my requirements. Overall a great experience and i have already given them my next job!

At the outset, Harry and his partner are good people. However, the job was not completed to a professional standard. Grout has started coming off from between the tiles leaving gaps that water can pass through, the door hinge was not properly fitted leaving a door that will not close, the radiator pipe clips were not fitted, tile trims are not flush with rest of the wall, shelves were fitted on top of old broken wood. And the worst part is that Harry did not turn up even after confirming a date to come back and fix the missing parts. I paid him extra for all the additional jobs, even though certain items from the contract were not done ( for e.g. replacing the bathtub panel ). They have multiple jobs ongoing at the same time and struggles to stick to schedule. If you get them I would advise not paying everything upfront and making sure contract is signed only after it is made sure that they would stick to schedule. I struggled to get them to commit to a date and stick to it.

Wonderful! Professional, prompt, COVID cautious, affordable, and went the extra mile. He installed a couple of overhead light fixtures for me, and when I didn't have the right lightbulbs, he even went out and purchased some and brought them back to finish the installation. Would recommend!

Active team, did the EICR test ok and smoothly, and invoiced us and got paid in full. Then they provided a quote for the fixes and we agreed to go ahead with them as quoted. They confirmed a date to attend but then asked for 50% ADVANCE payment of the whole fixing invoice which was unusual. As we were in urgency, we agreed to pay the 50% but through credit card but they insisted on Bank transfer or Direct debit only which also was weird and unusual and make us feel uncomfortable so we did not continue. We refurbished the whole flat and paid tens of thousands and no company or contractor asked for 50% advance payment. It will be so naive from anyone to pay in advance to someone who they just met online and I don't understand how they thinks is is ok!
