We struggled to get anyone interested in our refurbishment project originally, Mark answered an ad for a small part of the job and ended up being able to take on the whole thing thankfully. Our project was to completely strip out a 1960's maisonette flat, install internal insulation which involved extensive battening of all the external walls, new plasterboarding & plastering finishes to walls and ceilings, tiling and a completely new bathroom and kitchen install. To complicate things further, as enthusiastic DIY-ers we wanted to do lots of works ourselves as well and few builders would have worked alongside novices as well as Mark did. He was always happy to give advice or take over works when we realised they were beyond our skills or time ;-) Our project was constantly evolving and challenging - as we discovered hidden rotting floor joists and the joys of 60's engineering - door lintels - who needs those?! Mark was always there to help us problem solve and get the job done professionally and to high standards and this was all done throughout the challenging last year of lockdowns etc. Without hesitation we'd recommend Mark and his team. He was always reliable, flexible as the project developed and had excellent attention to detail and we couldn't have completed our project without him. Thank you Mark!

The work was on a five bedroom house conversion and also a one bedroom studio apartment. Celogic Solutions Ltd did all the wiring for both properties along with outdoor garden lighting. The workmanship was very good, everything was done to an exceptional standard and all done in accordance with regulation. Extremely pleased - Juro came to do this job and another job I'd posted on MyBuilder. He didn't end up doing replacing my circuit board in the end as he advised me that there was nothing wrong with the one I had. I was very very impressed with his honesty (he saved me some money!!) and will definitely be asking him to come back and do other jobs I have lined up for him. Very clean, tidy, punctual and polite on the other building job he did for me. Highly recommended !
