Well, I can tell you with 100% confidence - get Hamran in for a quote ASAP. He completely transformed our "back garden". Before Hamran, it looked like an inner city jungle! Overgrown bushes, out of control trees, unlevelled ground. The works! Now - it looks INCREDIBLE. The transformation has been SUPERB. On all fronts Hamran beat my expectations. This company needs to remove the words"reliable" and "top quality from their profile description. I could not get them back to remedy problems. Bad workmanship on front wall relaying of coping stones, could see daylight underneath and both came off. Tarmac hole appeared in new drive after 24 hours of being laid. This has cost me another £100 and part of the work I will have to tackle myself. NO aftercare, voicemails left, messages sent, never spoke to owner or saw owner after he was paid and still cant get hold of him. Took my money which I borrowed from family, and then disappeared. Empty promises and no show to put things right. Disgraceful. They are all over it before the work then you dont see them if you have a problem. Im still waiting for my 100 pounds back and a return call from 36 hours ago.... Cant believe the treatment. Havent used the drive yet but if more goes wrong it wont surprise me. These are factual statements and I have photos as proof of my bad experience. Any comment left by the owner in response to this feedback saying they remedied the faults above will be blatantly untrue.

Appalling service. Gutters are still full of grass and leaves - I have photos of before and after and he’s actually made it worse as there are now broken slates which were not before. Tried to contact but he’d taken the money and ran when he realised his super duper high reach hoover couldn’t reach nor do the job at all. He assured us he would return the next day- Hasn’t responded to messages on here. Be advised - this is a cowboy outfit. Do NOT Use. You have been warned.

He was very clear in diagnosing the reasons for the problem, provided a detailed explanation of how it could be solved and gave a competitive quote for the work. Got a quote to replace a new fence which Edward completed, but then dumped the old fence on an access road and then wanted to charge me £700 to remove it. The workers left a concrete post in the garden which I asked Edward to remove, now my calls are no longer being answered. Sorry, I would not use this tradesman again.

I had arranged with Omar that he would come after my holiday to lay a base for a bike shed. I texted him twice after I got back to say that I was ready to go. I received no reply. Today, I phoned him. The poor man has had severe health problems recently and is unable to do my job. I understand his situation, but, when you are running a business, you need to keep your customers informed of developments. I have got to find somebody else now.

Too bad! He look the contract for garden and driveway and got a lot of work from our references in our neighbourhood. But his work has started wearing of after 3 months now. He had done the roof installation for our shed but when it rained water flooded in and inspide of repeated calls and false promises he never turned back and ran away. His carpenter was rubbish and according to Larry he had been doing his job for 30 years but his work is rubbish he spoiled our windows big time. A fortune wasted when the work goes in wrong hands. I wish I could have uploaded the pictures, I have all the evidence for that. His dads temperament is so stressful and the way he comes and shouting at you when he himself has done wrong, it's a nightmare. Ours was a big job and costed about 21k just to get the outside sorted. I would still say that Larry is a hard working guy and polite too but he should noy take up the work which he doesn't specialises. It was a lot of money and he left all in a mess and ran away. We had so much stress getting the work sorted by another builder and paid for the same work twice.

Disappointed! Firstly, Will and Kurt came to quote for the work, they made the job sound bigger and more time consuming than it was, so that they could justify the quote (ie men needed, payable on a daily rate, materials and timescale.) The job actually took one man half the time they specified, but wouldn’t reduce cost to reflect this, we paid the amount invoiced. When we checked the work more carefully we found 7 areas of unfinished work, Will acknowledged this and said he would come back to complete what he had missed. However, since then, he is ignoring all calls and messages from us and has not been in contact, that was two months ago. Feeling very disappointed, Will seemed a really nice guy and didn’t expect to be left in this position. We are now left to try and deal with this through citizens advice and trading standards. Steer clear unless you want to be disappointed and out of pocket!!

Poor Job, called him to come and have a look at the poor state of the crumbling tarmac he had laid the previous day. he said he was not responsible for the tarmac mix? I suppose the fact that it was on the back of his van from 7:30 in the morning until 2pm when he laid it had nothing to do with it! anyway, he never came to have a look at it and does not answer the phone when I call.
