WOW!!!! Having previously being ripped off when having my patio laid and having to suffer increasing frustration and disappointment with it for over 9 years or so I finally caved in and looked to have it redone. Keith was a revelation. He listened to my tale of woe and asked pertinent and intelligent questions to understand what I actually wanted when he came to do the survey. The quote he produced was quick, detailed and presented me with options for the ideas I had in mind. It was also a very fair price for the work required and involved. He produced a contract which put my mind at ease somewhat and protected us both. He was punctual, honest, polite, knowledgeable and hard working. His work was to a really high standard and quality. Every day he left the site as clean and tidy as could be under the circumstances. He communicated well with us throughout ensuring we knew what he had done, what was still to be done and how and when he was going to do it. The final finished patio is fantastic, I love it. He started when he said he would and despite some vicious weather he finished ahead of schedule. If you want a great job for a fair price completed by an honest hard working grafter and tradesman then Keith is your man. Two reviews in one as my dropped kerbs I clicked on the wrong contractor for doing the work to leave this review. Liams team did a great job on my dropped kerbs and handled the paperwork for Wakefield council which they came out the day after and passed the dropped kerbs. Thanks for doing the work. Next they are going to do my father’s drive which will be a Tarmac drive. Liams team have just finished my dad’s drive and another job done in a timey and satisfactory way. James has been absolutely brilliant and worked tirelessly through some of the hottest days of the year landscaping my allotment. It's far better than I had imagined as James brought some of his own design ideas to improve the look of the raised beds and patio area. He also helped me with extra work that wasn't in scope of the original plan. I would completely, absolutely recommend him for any landscaping work and will certainly be contacting him again when I need more work doing. He's an absolute star!
