From the moment I contacted him, he was professional and efficient—he visited promptly and provided an almost instant quote, which was very budget-friendly. What really impressed me was his honesty. He said, “Do not give me any money until the job is done,” which is something you rarely hear these days. This gave me great confidence, especially after a previous builder took money upfront, did a poor job, and disappeared. Lee stuck to the timeframe he promised and carried out the work to a very high standard. He redid the job done by the previous builder at no extra cost, because he wanted the final result to look right. He made helpful suggestions, listened to what I wanted, and kept me involved throughout the process. He even recommended a joiner who built a beautiful pergola at a great price.
