Lewis came round to my house and assessed my needs and gave me good advice and different options for my new patio,showing me photos of other work he had completed .As he seemed and afterwards proved to be genuine and offered what I thought was a very competitive price I decided not to ask for any more quotes from other parties .The work was done to the highest standard and I felt he and his man worked very hard on what was the hottest day of the year,throughout the process Lewis explained to me what was being done and answered any questions thoroughly and to my greatest satisfaction.Afterwards they cleaned up and left things in order,so I would definately recommend LKB CONTRACTS building services.

I recommend Grape Vine Home and Garden. They provide an amicable and efficient service. When I asked for a quote Paul (the owner of the company) was swift to respond and gave an honest and experienced perspective. He talked me through a variety of options and recommended (unlike other contractors) I hired a structural engineer before he begun work. I am glad I listened as if I had not, I could have caused lasting and costly damage to my home. The job itself (removing an interior wall) was dusty and strenuous though Paul kept his work and my house neat throughout. I am very happy with the finished product, so happy in fact, I am hiring Paul and his colleague again to install my kitchen.

Claire and her team widened our driveway and placed sleepers on either side. This involved a good deal of soil removal. I was impressed with how knowledgeable they were when it came to planning and what was possible. The end result shows how important it is to employ someone you can trust and who knows what they are doing. I would definitely employ them again.

Kristian has completed various trade jobs for me over the last couple of weeks. Tge first job being the changing of roof tiles to the rear of the property where the work carried out was done efficiently with no water issues resulting after completion. Kristian carried out electrical works in the kitchen and bathroom and where a larger job was expected Kristians professionalism noted a much lighter world load needed giving a quicker turnaround and lower price than expected. Kristian carried out carpentry work fitting timber frame units into my mobile coffee shop, matching the current unit fitted with a sleek and solid look on completion. Kristians work of a High standard with great communication throughout. Highly recommened

Antoni has completed numerous pieces of work as part of the restoration of our 500 year old cottage. This has included a stunning traditional bathroom with mosaic floor and metro tiles, fitting a beautiful oak floor throughout the upstairs, 2 new windows with a crafted oak windowsill along with careful plasterwork around the numerous beams. Please avoid, Isaac and his decorator Sam. Told me the job would take 2 weeks to complete, but took them 1 month solely down to the work ethic and productivity. Also demands full payment before the work has been completed. and refuses to complete the work unless he receives full payment for work he has not completed. The agreement was for me to make half the payment after week one (which I did ) and then full payment after all the work has been completed, which Isaac refuses to do and does not answer calls and refuses to return any messages. Also his friend Sam which Isaac took on to do the decoration has done an dreadful job he also demanded full payment before he completed the work. His productivity and standard of work was appalling. I would not recommend these guys to anyone and we'll definitely not use them again. Also be aware these guys trade under different names.
