I was unsure whether to go with this company or not as there were no prior reviews. Should’ve gone with my initial feeling and declined the job! We arranged for the work to be carried out at 09:00 and no one showed up. I contacted them and after some time he replied back stating they had a flat tyre issue was understandable. I asked for eta, and confirmation someone was still coming and they finally showed up at 6pm. The job description was to remove all weeds from sides. No greenery should be left. Having seen the pics put up by franc, I assumed the work would be good. Unfortunately I feel my kids could’ve done a better job. Half the garden was untouched. The pics put up does not reflect the job they carried out, and unfortunately they do not respond back to my messages. I would avoid hiring them and and avoid going through this hassle. It’s a shame their first review had to be negative. My pictures attached show their finished work - garden basically untouched.

I recently had the pleasure of accepting Jagdeep on a substantial renovation project. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive as there were no existing reviews to gauge his work. However, after seeing some of his previous projects, I decided to take a leap of faith - and it turned out to be the best decision I've ever made. Jagdeep's approach to our project, which started merely as a rear extension and shower room, was nothing short of exceptional. His remarkable craftsmanship and attention to detail soon convinced me and my wife to extend the scope to a full renovation. Throughout the process, Jagdeep and his team displayed an extraordinary level of skill, professionalism, hard work as well as trust (very rare these days). No task was too challenging, and his willingness to prioritise our needs and provide thoughtful advice was truly comforting. It's rare to find a builder with such dedication and expertise. Jagdeep is undoubtedly one of the best builders I have encountered. My heartfelt thanks to Jagdeep and his team for their outstanding work. Rest assured, for any future projects, he will be the first person I call. Thank you, Jagdeep, for turning our vision into reality, which more than exceeded our expectations!

Complete waste of time. Hired this tradesman a few months ago, to work on a simple brick BBQ. We had a conversation in person about the job and i informed him i would be supplying the bricks as they are "reclaimed". On the day they were to start the job, he turned up and said "oh" where are the materials, which was concerning. I had to explain our conversation in detail to point out that i said i was supplying the brick as they were reclaimed, no mention of any other material. I had just completed a huge renovation project and this was one of the final contractors to be used. Unfortunately this person is very amateur, and he then made me pay £500 for materials to be delivered. I paid for the materials and the new start date he suggested wasnt suitable, he then said he longer wanted the job! Can you believe it, he made me pay for all the materials, even though that was not agreed in person. I have dealt with over 12 different teams working on this project, and this one is the worst. No care in the word, he even sent a text said he was "quaking in his pants" about a bad review. I just replied saying, that sums everything up - totally unprofessional. Move on.

Hard Flooring- 18 Nov 2018
Besart replaced 30 sq metres of water-damaged laminate flooring in our apartment. He came promptly and removed the old flooring, replacing with new over a weekend. His work and that of his colleagues was excellent. He organised the entire, very difficult project with professionalism, care, honesty and expertise. We are delighted. Well done!

Patrick and his gang have a competitive quote for the work described and we hired him on that basis. As soon as we hired him he stated he had underquoted and asked if we could possibly pay a bit more. We were a bit surprised but we agreed provided we would get a good job. The job went ahead and it was completed to nothing more than a reasonable standard. The fencing was excellent but the flagging left a lot to be desired for supposed groundworkers. We did pay Patrick in full but it was only when it rained we realised our mistake. Water gathered all down the side return of the property in a large pool. We contacted Patrick and he came back to look. He then agreed to fix the area he felt responsible for but not what he was actually responsible for. Again we accepted and he promised he would be in touch. Of course we never heard from him for some time until he finally contacted us to say it would be better if we found someone & he would give us £100 towards the materials. We had no choice. We have now finally had it fixed and Patrick has gone missing. No contact, no £100 and no repair. I wouldn't recommend these groundworkers.

Ylli gave a very reasonable quote to pressure wash our driveway. He did this promptly and went above and beyond, re-laying and cementing a few loose bricks which was very much appreciated. Would not hesitate to use his services again.
