Fatos was an excellent choice. We agreed on a price and a date that was within the week and the price was very reasonable. Fatos also did an extra job for that he didn't charge me for even after I offered to pay him for. I was so pleased with Fatos job and experience that I am going to hire him to do more jobs for me. The project required Arnis to design and build outdoor kitchen and lounge area, and install 90 sqm porcelain floor and hot tub. It was easy to deal with the company. I described the job, they provided some ideas of how to achieve the desired outcome. Once we agreed conceptually what I wanted, company came to the property to inspect it, show some projects they have worked in the past and provided advise what would be the best for the property. Following the meeting the company sent garden blueprint in 3D format to finalise the details of the layout. Once everything was agreed the company started work on our agreed date. They were always on time, provided a helpful advice with the furniture and materials. Carried out work quickly and with good precision. Very happy with the job and if I had another garden, would hire them again!

We really liked Art when we met him and were so disappointed that things ended badly. The quality of the paint job was unprofessional in many places: sloppily applied paint, improper preparation, unfinished applications. He kept calling these snags, but the issue was ubiquitous. When I pointed out that he had just painted over nails and fabric on our stairs in places he blamed the material and told me I was welcome to try myself to do better. He became totally irate and told his subcontractor to down tools and leave when I confronted him on a simple painting issue. While he initially said he would include extra painting in the £10k charge he later claimed this was a favour to me and to do it myself. He left me frightened with his anger and mood swings and my partner had to fire him. We were really bummed it ended this way and I debated leaving any review but I feel it unfair to people not to warn them.
