The quality of the turfing work itself was good, and I'm pleased with the overall appearance of the lawn. The team was professional and worked efficiently while they were here. However, I have to lower my rating because there were a few finishing items that were meant to be completed, and despite saying they would return, they never did. It's disappointing to have to chase up work that should have been finished as agreed. Overall, the main job was completed to a good standard, but the lack of follow-up and aftercare means I can't give a higher rating.

We gave Joe what I thought would be a difficult job - replacing a non-standard sized door in a wall that's not straight, and the old door had warped because it was so close to the heat of the shower. But he was amazing! New door is solid and cut down to fit, and he even found a handle that matched all the others in the house. Work was done quickly and efficiently, and we were very pleased with the results. We are already talking to Joe about getting him back to do other jobs around the house, and I would wholeheartedly recommend him.

Promised to start at 9am and arrived on time. Made a start on the job without wasting time. Patrick visited the site a number of times to explain what was being done almost every step of the way and to make sure we were happy. Workmen supplied were very polite and friendly. THE END RESULT: EXCELLENT WORK DONE. Will definitely use them again in the future. Would highly recommend Patrick and his workmen.

Very happy with the Dining Room Extension, Utility Room Extension, Kitchen refit and Patio. Andrew, Steve, Kevin, Mick and Jake did a fantastic job in a professional way. They were thoughtful and considerate in all the activities. I have no hesitation in recommending Oliver General Builders and will have them back for the next phase of building works. We got to know the builders quite well over the project and a little bit sad that it has now finished. We received some great recommendations on decisions we needed to make and they were flexible with our changing requests and patient while we decided on tiles, etc. The Electricians as well as the Plumber were also very good in the level of expertise.

DO NOT USE. If I could give zero stars, I would. The job started well, but the concrete base was not prepared to an acceptable standard. The timber formwork did not reach the ground, was neither straight nor square, varied in width along its length, and some of the timber used for the edges was visibly bowed. When I raised this, I was told this was normal for a concrete path. The sub-base was not properly compacted and appeared to consist largely of broken concrete from the clearance. There was also insufficient clearance between the sub-base and the reinforcing steel. I had already paid roughly half the agreed price, which I was told covered materials and rubbish clearance. The job was then left unfinished. Despite this, the rubble was not removed: it was unloaded from the builder's van and left on the pavement outside my house. I would not recommend this builder.

All Weather Property Solutions provided a professional and efficient service. They understood the problems affecting my driveway and re-laid the block paving to make it look as new. I was very pleased with their work and a neighbour who noticed the work in progress was similarly impressed, so much so he has placed an order with them already.
