I've been building extensions for the last 5 years. I'm able to do some groundworks (footings/patio prep), patio slabs, drainage, brickwork, blockwork, stonework, structural work. Also I have a licence to drive a digger (under 10 tonne). Also have friends in most trades, so would able to give good references for any other jobs needed.
