John is a master craftsmen and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was 100% helpful and reliable from start to finish throughout the job of repaving my front garden. He really took the time to understand my vision and went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with the work. For example, he sourced beautiful reclaimed paving stones for me. He also suggested a specific type of pointing for the paving which was more time consuming for him but looked absolutely excellent. The job really stands out as a superb piece of work, not just an acceptable piece of work. The price was very fair indeed and represents excellent value for money, especially given the quality of the work. I cannot recommend highly enough. Thanks John, hope to work with you again on another project!

I can't praise Andy and his team highly enough, they were very friendly and helpful and above all did an excellent job - my new patio which now looks fantastic! The guys were great, helpful and very accommadating, to give a couple of examples, when they were here I had a large delivery of garden supplies and when I came back home I found they had moved them all round to the back garden for me which was nice. When I needed extra paving slabs Andy offered to make quite big journey one Saturday to collect them for me from the supplier. Throughout they were helpful and co-operative and were very positive and proactive about a few extra bits of work I wanted doing. They also made every effort to get the job finished properly and as soon as possible for me in spite of what was really bad winter weather. They made what is quite long journey to here to come back early on and on weekends to complete for me. In short the quality was good, the price was fair and I would highly recommend Andy and his team to others and will hopefully be able to use them again for other work on my house.

Quite literally the worst tradesman I have ever worked within 25 years as a property developer! He came and quoted to paint my house (a good price I must say), little did I know that this meant he would spray everything that he can see, not prepare the surfaces by sanding them down or protects things. This included door handles, hinges, radiators, alarms sensors, tiles and my own furniture and cooking utensils. First time I confronted him about this he said that we would clean everything, and we agreed to carry own. However, it became apparent that we was doing the same as previously discussed. have paid hi 66% of what was agreed, I quickly realised that the damaged he has caused was going to cost me far more and I told him to leave. The next day he turned up at my house with his wife demanding the balance which I refused to give him, they were both shouting outside my house, threatening to call the police. I eventually agreed to pay the 50% of what was left, just so that they would leave. However, even once he had confirmed writing his acceptance of this, he walks over to me and threatened me one final time, saying that he will take me to court etc, there is god and he will see to me! I advise to stay away from this person, better to pay a little more and work with professionals who don't agree with one thing and do another. He paints using a spray, which means you can not touch anything up and he quite literally paints everything he sees!!

Vitor actually did not go any work for me as I have decided not to do this work at the end but he was so knowledgable and helpful when he visited my house that I felt obliged to give feedback. I would definetely hire him for a project related to drainage works as he is an expert.
