Complete waste of time. Hired this tradesman a few months ago, to work on a simple brick BBQ. We had a conversation in person about the job and i informed him i would be supplying the bricks as they are "reclaimed". On the day they were to start the job, he turned up and said "oh" where are the materials, which was concerning. I had to explain our conversation in detail to point out that i said i was supplying the brick as they were reclaimed, no mention of any other material. I had just completed a huge renovation project and this was one of the final contractors to be used. Unfortunately this person is very amateur, and he then made me pay £500 for materials to be delivered. I paid for the materials and the new start date he suggested wasnt suitable, he then said he longer wanted the job! Can you believe it, he made me pay for all the materials, even though that was not agreed in person. I have dealt with over 12 different teams working on this project, and this one is the worst. No care in the word, he even sent a text said he was "quaking in his pants" about a bad review. I just replied saying, that sums everything up - totally unprofessional. Move on.

Premium paving and landscaping came and gave me a competitive quote to remove old and broken fence roughly around 20ft long and replaces it with new concrete posts 6” gravel board and new close board panels. They was nice and friendly and left my garden nice and clean highly recommend

However, after seeing some of his previous projects, I decided to take a leap of faith - and it turned out to be the best decision I've ever made.
