100% NEGATIVE and TOTALLY POOR JOB - MILES AWAY FROM BEING ACCEPTABLE! They are a bunch of cowboys. They haven't delivered what we have agreed before work commenced. Just noticed they haven't posed 100mm sub-base as necessary for standard driveway (the sub-base is currently being made of only few mm of sand. No trace of MOT Type 1 or 3 sub-base aggregate). Also, bricks are laid on few mm of building sand (not grit sand compacted at 50mm). As results, as soon as I attempted to drive on, bricks moved and sank. When I have asked them how the base was made, they are firmly confirmed the work has been professional done. What great liars! This’s completely rubbish job. Obviously, now I must spend double amount of money to make it right. Not to mention hassles! They are not reliable at all, neither professional. Also, edge finishes are rubbish too. It looks like bricks have been cut by bare hands. This job is miles away to be acceptable. We believed we have been victim of fraud by these incompetent cowboys. Never suggest them to anybody. They must be challenged to trades and standards. They shouldn’t keep working and stealing money from anybody. I hope this feedback will help others not to be trapped by these cowboys!
