John is a true and trustworthy person. He was very helpful from the early stage of the project to completion, the pricing was reasonable and the job was carried out professionally. Site was left very clean and tidy for the next contractor to start. The job was a conservative one and the council wants us to keep all plaques removed and reinstall later. John and his operatives removed and store them with no damage. He was also very helpful after the job was completed and payment done. He is 100% reliable. I will recommend him 100%, you will not be disappointed. This is my very 1st review on this site, I normally don't do this as I have encountered very bad contractors here, but it is exceptional. Latest review:Demolition-Servet responded promptly to my posting and was able to come and look at the job that day. He arrived on time and clearly told me his thoughts on the work and the price around it. He offered to let me organise the skip if I wanted but I left it to him for that part. The work started within 7 days which was great and he and the team arrived as expected and set to work removing the pond and the hard standing. Good team that worked hard and they were done the same day. All rubbish was in the skip and Servet was helpful in offering to move some other rubbish we had to the skip too. Really good experience and no change to the quote. I am now asking him also to quote for a larger extension piece based on my experience.

There was more to get rid of than both of us expected, but he got through the whole lot in a great time frame too. Would absolutely use again and have no issue recommending Alan to anyone who needs these types of jobs doing well.
Arrived early. Got the job done. Considered the security of the property when it was discovered there was a gap at the back of the shed onto an alleyway. Cleared everything and left it tidy.

We encountered a problem with unexpected asbestos but Jamie got it analysed so we met every legal requirement and altho this pushed the price up he was transparent, e-mailing me a copy of the test results so I could see exactly why. His work force were equally professional. He did exactly as we asked with regards to stuff we wanted to look through. He and his team were not at all intrusive even tho they were in our garden for nearly 2 weeks. They cleared up at the end of every day and at the end of the job you couldn't see any mess at all. They left the area where the sheds had been absolutely pristine. Our neighbours couldn't believe how good the work was. He was also polite and I never felt at all uncomfortable with his team and had confidence in them almost as soon as they started. A great job done at a fair price in an excellent time frame. I would wholeheartedly recommend him.
