Get in touchBakers Building services have been exceptional throughout the entire project to complete a single story extension on our Victorian terrace in Colchester. Jamie has been easy to talk to and open to all of our ideas when other builders dismissed them. He has also communicated well and kept us informed of timelines and delays with building works. He was also very thoughtful with our neighbours during the build as we have shared assess through their garden so he was always ensuring that they were happy and the site was kept tidy. Jamie has amazing attention to detail and was quick to address any of our concerns throughout the building process. His team have also helped with things not in their remit, like helping get the range cooker in to the house and assisting with cleaning our parquet flooring blocks to help us lay the floor. We have got an amazing extension thanks to Jamie and his team so they are highly recommended and I know they will be in much demand, judging by the amount of neighbours we have had asking to see his work with a view to extend their own properties. I have all the tolls , equipment, transport, scaffolding and additional manpower required to handle small.works from few days of work,all the way up to complete refurbishment and even new builds projects . I am currently working as part of a team that refurbishes old historical buildings in Essex ,and therefore im confident I can take on additional work which requires quality and qualified trades, either in a part time or full time manner ,depending on the client requirements and project specifications.
