Overall happy with the job Marcus has done. We had some very bad weather over the period and Marcus did the best he could given the situation. There were some issues uncovered when he took up the patio that he was willing to fix for us by installing a soak away, which was appreciated. The job went over-budget by approx 25% - I'd suggest asking for a fixed-price quote in future.
