We find the cause of damp, leaks and mould, then we fix it. Most damp gets treated by guesswork: paint over the mould, inject the wall, hope it holds. It comes back, because nobody diagnosed it properly in the first place. We start with a survey. Full moisture mapping room by room with calibrated meters, air quality testing to measure airborne mould spores, and a written report with photographic evidence setting out the real root cause and what needs doing, in priority order. Insurance ready if you need it for a claim. From there we do the work ourselves: leak detection, damp investigation, mould inspection, mould remediation and structural drying. One team start to finish, so nothing gets lost between trades. We work for homeowners, landlords and letting agents across London and the South East. I have been a self employed plasterer in Cheshire for 20 years and my skill set includes Plastering, Dry lining, Stud work, Rendering ( sand and cement, K-rend and silicone thin coat finishes). I also can deal with damp problems with various solutions depending on the issues.
