Full moisture mapping room by room with calibrated meters, air quality testing to measure airborne mould spores, and a written report with photographic evidence setting out the real root cause and what needs doing, in priority order. Insurance ready if you need it for a claim. From there we do the work ourselves: leak detection, damp investigation, mould inspection, mould remediation and structural drying.
