Excellent customer service received from Craig. Response was prompt and he came out the following day to survey the premises. We wanted advice regards possible damp on our dining room walls although the house already has a damp proof course in situ. He tested the walls and advised we did not have an immediate problem and simple solution was to stop drying clothes in the room, as it appeared to be a build up of condensation. However he said he would come back in about a month to re-test and advise further if damp problem was still evident and look at what may need doing. I also asked Craig to check out our cellar as we appeared to have damp on the walls there although work had been done on it nearly 20 years ago. Again he gave me some really good advice and suggested a few simple solutions which would alleviate what I thought was damp. It would have been so easy for Craig to suggest work that actually does not need doing. He explained the techniques they use and what can be done in easy to understand language, so it became clear that for our needs we do not require further work in the cellar. Although we cannot comment on his actual physical work I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Damp-Tech Ltd to anyone looking for an honest, professional and reliable builder. I will definitely recommend Craig to friends and he will be the first point of contact if ever we require a damp proof specialist in the future. Thank you again. Anita

Turned up on time knowledgeable , polite.all worked hard excellent price , job done and left site clean and tidy ,what more could be asked. REGRET to have to add two month on roof still leeks, Two promises to return NO SHOWS does not answer phone or respond to e mails. A mans as good as his word,a roof as good as its performence. Unfortunately RSC Eco Build fail badly on both
