Plumbers Corgi, Sparks NICEIC ETC. We have also completed a large number of projects including large renovations, Maintenance, and general repairs to our customers.

Gary and John from GVS Building and Maintenance Group were fantastic from start to finish. They were quick to respond and got out to quote the job in no time. Once they started, they spotted a few issues we couldn't have seen until the work was underway, but they were completely reasonable about the extra work and fitted it into the schedule without any fuss. They kept the site spotless every evening, sent photos and updates throughout so we always knew what was happening, and were brilliant with our tenant — we genuinely trusted they'd be there every day doing the work. Even people on the street commented on how well they worked. They finished it off with a stunning paint job that made the property look fantastic. I'm really pleased to have found these guys and will absolutely be using them again on future jobs.

Had an old roof which needed to replace a number of tiles and replace numerous ridge tiles and repair the gable end. I used Mybuilder to get a number of quotes. Anthony of KIBB ROOFING offered reasonably priced solutions. He came when he said he would(weather dependent) and stayed in touch when weather meant work was impossible. The work was done with no fuss and all mess was tidied away each night. Once the scaffolding was removed they returned promptly to touch up some pointing that they couldn't access. Really pleased with the job and would recommend.

He's a nice guy. Does work cleanly and explains well. He even did a throughout check to make sure he figures out the damp problem first. Even didn't mind repeating himself twice when we couldn't understand him due to his accent.

Friendly, thorough, knowledgable, included us and explained things to us as he took readings and evaluated the tasks to be done; clearly and simply explained the process for the damp course and the re-plastering; gave us helpful printed information about the process. Dave included everything that needed to be done in the quotation; there were no surprises. He took care of everything - removed and replaced radiators, skirting boards and beading, and the quote included an electrician coming and handling the power sockets and censors. I didn't have to find any other trades people -- it was an all-inclusive deal! We also hired Dave to do four other building jobs -- all done to our satisfaction (install loft hatch, ladder and boarding and install an interior door to garage). We are very pleased and easily recommend DL Builders.
