I undertake property Damp Surveys to allow for the accurate diagnosis of damp related issues including; Rising Damp, Penetrating Damp, Condensation, Mould, Basement Damp Issues etc...And provide technical written reports detailing the issues witnessed - which then allows for the best suited treatment recommendations to be made. All surveys will involve completion of a 20-point checklist covering the internal & external of the property, to inform the survey report.
