Dave ws initially v courteous, answd texts/calls v quickly. When he wasn't available, sent his partner, Ron, both v friendly. Our job ws supposed 2b done Mon, Tue whilst we wr at work & finished Wed, my day off. Come 10am Wed, all tht hd been done was an hours work on the porch on Mon eve. I rang 2c where people wr at 10am Wed & ws told 'on th school run' & not 2 worry, it wd all get done tht day. 2b fair to lads that came, 2 of them worked hard. The other did 1hr of small jobs 4 me, & other than that, wasn't here at all (he had his own business & was away doing that), yet whn job ran over to Thur, Dave told my partner that it was due to "all the other jobs" we'd had done. The man who did r porch ,didn't know who was doing windows & gutters yet epnded up being th person that did them the next day! R decking cost £240 .Man did work hard for 5hrs (i watched everything), but the treatment, which i missed whilst talking to the porch man at the front, took 5-7 mins tops. Not a bad hourly rate! My partner paid Dave Thur eve, even tho i'd asked him 2 question decking price, & the job wasn't finished.Only a bit of filling & paint, & the finishing touch of r new iron house no's for porch which D took & said "someone will put up tomorrow" Tht ws 2 wks ago now & he hasn't answered a text/call from us since. Ron took 1 call from me, with some story about D off the radar,but nothing now from him either.I have rang/ text/ asking why? when? etc. No reply. AWFUL. AWFUL.FRUSTRATING.LIARS.
