Arrived on time, looked at the problem wall, resulted in repair to render on the bay window. Whilst they were with me, I asked if they could remove the old cement from the gable end eves and re-point. Which they did, delighted with results. Will definitely recommend their services.

Excellent customer service received from Craig. Response was prompt and he came out the following day to survey the premises. We wanted advice regards possible damp on our dining room walls although the house already has a damp proof course in situ. He tested the walls and advised we did not have an immediate problem and simple solution was to stop drying clothes in the room, as it appeared to be a build up of condensation. However he said he would come back in about a month to re-test and advise further if damp problem was still evident and look at what may need doing. I also asked Craig to check out our cellar as we appeared to have damp on the walls there although work had been done on it nearly 20 years ago. Again he gave me some really good advice and suggested a few simple solutions which would alleviate what I thought was damp. It would have been so easy for Craig to suggest work that actually does not need doing. He explained the techniques they use and what can be done in easy to understand language, so it became clear that for our needs we do not require further work in the cellar. Although we cannot comment on his actual physical work I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Damp-Tech Ltd to anyone looking for an honest, professional and reliable builder.
