I phoned Delwyn regarding removal of wall and build a fire place for me. Delwyn came out straight away, he was very helpful and professional he also spent time with me going though my property where other works that need doing and gave me great advise in helping me in the best option going forward and in saving me money nothing was too much trouble. I was very happy with the quote Delwyn provided. The works are now complete. The job carried out promptly and to a high standard. My now new fireplace looks stunning and so much open space since knocking out a wall. I will look to book Delwyn again and have already recommended to others as friendly and trustworthy to getting the job done and above expectation, as well as being extremely helpful Thanks Delwyn

We hired Gareth as our last plumber botched the job completely, very unfortunate & we needed a plumber asap. He fixed all the previous plumbers “work” & completed the jobs we had outstanding & he did a remarkable job! The finish on everything is perfectly professional & tidy. Agreed with Chris to brick up a couple of windows and create a new opening, estimated to take 3 days. He turned up on day one, worked half a day, then didn’t return due to van issues. A week later, he messaged to say he could come back, but due to limited communication, I chose not to continue. The main issue was that the original quote wasn’t itemised, so when trying to agree a price for the completed work, it became difficult. I felt the amount he was demanding didn’t fairly reflect the work completed, leading to a lot of back and forth. The work he did was satisfactory, but my advice to anyone hiring Chris is to ensure you get a detailed, broken-down quote so there’s clarity on what each part of the job costs.

Lee has been absolutely fab, weather didn't make it easier for him but he was dedicated to see the job through and has been coming back and forth since December on the dry days we've had to complete to the job. We had Ideal Works in to knock 2 rooms into one starting last Monday(10th Oct) as arranged. Russell and his team turned up on time and carried out the work to a very high standard and completed on time. We were kept informed and up to date on the work and how it was coming along everyday.
