Firoj and his team renovated a bathroom for me in March 2015. He gave me a fixed cost for his labour and what turned out to be a very accurate estimated cost for all the parts/materials at the outset. He also gave me a completion time of 9 days with 1 extra day for 'spillovers' and 'unforseen delays'. He finished the job at exactly 9 days and still came around on the 10th day to see how everything was working. The quality of his work was excellent, to say the least. He attention to detail was admirable, as was his commitment to delivering a finished product that would last several years. This focus on detail and longevity is something that really sets Firoj apart from other builders, who often see such jobs as just another task to be completed before moving onto the next job. I have no hesitation in recommending him. Several months later my bathroom still looks great and everything works.

I recently had extensive work completed in my flat by Vas, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The service was excellent from start to finish. Not only was the quality of the work consistently high, but the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was Vas’s level of skill and versatility. Every aspect of the project was handled with care and professionalism — from plumbing and new water heating pipes, to new electrics, installing a new kitchen, laying a beautiful wooden floor, renovating the bathroom, and even replacing doors with a sliding door system. Each element was completed to a very high standard. On top of that, Vas was friendly, proactive, and easy to communicate with throughout. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and it was clear he takes real pride in delivering great results. Hammer de silva provided a garage conversion quote and literally contacted every day saying he needed the job. After getting the job , I told him we need to go through building control to make sure everything is done in properly. There was about 2- 3 week delay because of building control . This guy keep taking multiple jobs and it’s more than one year and he’s still not finished with the job. He’s only done half of the job and keep coming up with excuses, he told us his wife being severely ill, his daughter being pregnant and needed help with delivery, other financial problems and endless excuses. In between he increased the price of job and took more money from us. He takes money spends it and doesn’t come back to work saying he doesn’t have money and need to find another job as well. Because of his careless work, I couldn’t use my utility room, decking area properly for over a year now costing so much stress and grief, might have to seek legal action if not finished in 2,3 weeks

I Hired Em to do my ground floor reno, which included a garage conversion and remodel of my kitchen where 2 internal walls were removed. Very glad I found Em to do the job. Him and his team was efficient, friendly, tidy and hard working. We encountered obstacles along the process (which is normal for any renovation) but Em gave his opinion, listened and we came to the best solutions. Very happy with the result. Em is a reliable, punctual, knowledgeable, fair, down to earth guy and one of the best if not the best contractor I have hired. Highly recommend. Some before and after pictures.
