Wonderful work by Conrad to make a small box room into a decent size bedroom by demolishing our existing brick wall between two bedrooms and replacing with a stud work one. Removal of all the rubble, plumbing, electrics and plastering were included in the work and it was all done cleanly and swiftly. I would recommend Conrad highly, he's a lovely chap and very reliable

He was easy to deal with & made helpful suggestions to enhance the project which was much appreciated. I was very pleased with the work they did & decided to use B&E for more major work - 2 bathrooms refitted & I'm pleased I did as they don't cut corners & are very thorough.

I can highly recommend Wayne and his team for their recent work. Our job was the conversion of our home from two flats into one house and the job included: - removal of artex and re-plastering - removal of partition walls and re-building of new room corner and door rehang - building spindles and links etc on wooden staircase - fitting electrics: switches and pendants - fitting trims and replacing moldings to match those damaged by previous conversion to two flats In terms of price, I found their quote to be competitive - not the highest and not the cheapest but we chose them as we were impressed by Wayne's attention to detail when he came to look at and price the job. This approach continued throughout and ensured that we were very clear on costs and detail of each element of the job. Also impressive was the job timeline - the team started the day we agreed and finished a day early! (This is a first for any builders we've hired!) And in turn, when it came to the follow-up snags (of which there were just a couple and one was down to faulty product, not an error in build) Wayne was very quick to respond, getting back to us within 24 hours on a weekend too! I will definitely invite them to quote again.

Danny and the team (Scott, Darren, Dayne, Dennis) were fantastic, consistently working to find more effective, lower cost solutions. We enjoyed working with him so much we then took on a significant amount more work with him, that involved a full fit out of a fitness studio. Danny has a wide network of individuals with many areas of expertise he can call on when necessary. In a couple of the really difficult moments of the project Danny went over and above what you would expect. We were delighted with the work and will be recommending him going forwards - although I’m sure everyone wants his time!

I recently had extensive work completed in my flat by Vas, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The service was excellent from start to finish. We had the outside of our house painted by JH City Property Construction and honestly they done such a good job. The house looks completely fresh and clean now. The team were really friendly, turned up on time every day and kept everything tidy while working. They also took their time with all the preparation instead of rushing through it, which definitely shows in the final result.
