The work Warren and his colleagues did was fantastic. Completed to a high standard. We are delighted with the shower room, utility room and the upgrade to our existing bathroom. All the workmen were friendly and tried to be as unobtrusive as possible. Would definitely use Warren again for any future projects.

Very satisfied with our bathroom. There were a few hiccups along the way relating to the condition of our old bathroom but Rich and his team dealt with them quickly. The job was finished to a high standard and it felt like extra care was taken to get things right. The price quoted was stuck to and additional extras confirmed e.g. it was found our floor was rotten due to a leak so the boards had to be replaced. The only thing I would comment on to improve would be a bit more communication. Both myself & husband were at work when the team were in and for us it would have been nice to receive a message or two to let us know what work was done so we could see when we got home, we've never had builders in before and felt a bit in the dark about timescales and on occasion disappointed that things didn't move as quickly as we thought they would. We accept timescales were our own expectations just an idea that perhaps we needed them managed. Overall a great job by a great team.

We moved into a new build house, which had a few funny alcoves which were a complete waste of space. We contacted Charlie after a recommendation from a family member. Charlie came round and had a look at the spaces we had and came up with a fantastic solution to maximise the available space for storage. He came back with a few quotes for the designs, each with different options for hardware specifications and their related pricing. After agreeing to go ahead, Charlie got to work making the units for us. We weren’t in a rush for the work to be completed, however Charlie was able to get them made in great time and was asking to come and fit them. The workmanship and attention to detail in the work was second to none, he even went as far as to machine a fresh piece of skirting to match our existing skirting board, so the unit in our en-suite looks as if it has always been there. The units look great and have given us the storage space we were missing, with adjustable shelving and soft close doors. Charlie was always very professional and trustworthy, we felt more than comfortable with him in our house and were happy to leave him alone to carry on with the work when we were out. Overall we are over the moon with the work Charlie has done for us, and would highly recommend him to anyone!

We are a building company and in the end had the labour to take out the wall, however we did use oliver to put in the steel work on the job and he did a very thorough job. the site was left tidy and we had no issues. Oliver is a very polite and easy to get on with guy, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or even use him again in the future.

Where to begin. Job started later than expected then on first day they did a full 2 hours work. I should have realised then that this was not going to end well. Removed a wall between kitchen and bedroom was assured on numerous occasions that this wall was definitely not a load bearing wall. Imagine my surprise when another builder came to have a look and immediately told us to fit acro props to support the floor above and that a steel needs to be fitted. This is still outstanding to date and is going to cost another 2-3k. The rest of the work was rushed and of a really poor quality. 7k in and now having to redo most of the work. Plastering was shocking, plasterboarding amateurish at best, skirting boards not matching with original and sitting proud 20mm, architrave around door ill fitting, Velux window installed incorrectly, tiles still sitting proud .The good thing though final invoice demanded with an essay of extra costs and threats if failed to be paid. You live and learn

I asked Andy to remove a chimney and breast spanning two rooms, dismantle a kitchen fireplace, and install a steel beam — a job many builders didn’t want to touch. From the start, Andy showed incredible professionalism. He considered insurance, council certificates, and building control without me even asking, always thinking ahead from the customer’s point of view. His approach was thoughtful and respectful, and I truly felt I could trust him. His team — Stewart, Pot, James, and Neil — were just as brilliant. Every morning and evening, they were kind, warm, and professional. I genuinely missed seeing their friendly faces after the work was done. I feel lucky to have met Andy and his team — I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
