We hired Omer and his company for a rear extension and internal remodelling/refurb. We had some firm ideas and some more flexible ones that we developed as we went along. Omer was great help in finalising these ideas, always ready with helpful suggestions and was always flexible and good humoured about the changes (even the later ones). He was also open to take on tasks that were perhaps somewhat outside their regular remit (installing equipment, decorating etc.) The project was started and finished on time. Omer communicates well, excellent at planning and organising and is very reliable. Omer kept us informed about the project at every step and actively sought our involvement. Any problems that did arise he was open about, flagged them up early and came with a proposed solution. He was also very flexible working around the delivery dates and deadlines of our other suppliers for various other elements of this project. The project was finished on time and within budget (except for agreed changes). The work was carried out to a high standard. We are very happy in our new home, can wholeheartedly recommend him and would happily use him again.

I was in need of a quick roof inspection to make sure that the works carried out by another roofer were to a good standard. Shilhaad was very prompt to get back to me and had outstanding communication from quotation through to delivery. He was fair and impartial, turning around a report on the same day. He was very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Thanks to Shilhaad, I can go back to our initial roofers with some evidence on work that needs to be redone. My only regret was not using Shilhaad and his team to carry out the roof works in the first instance. Thanks again!

The team worked hard and communication was good - you could always get hold of John. Arturas and his team have done an outstanding job in a complex, full-flat renovation involving structural work, floor levelling, complete electrical rewire, complete re-plumbing including pumps and heater, full bathroom and kitchen fitting, basically everything. I honestly could not have hired a better builder. Quality: the team is exceptionally dedicated and diligent, following the design to the millimetre, reading every specification and installation instruction, being exceedingly careful to ensure everything is done at a high standard. The result speaks for itself - everyone who visited the flat is in awe about the quality of workmanship. Expertise: the team really knows what they are doing. There was nothing they can’t handle, and they found very smart solutions to every problem. They advised me at every step of the way, with patience and clarity.
