Started very good and came cross professional. But did not finish the job despite receiving half of the money in advance demanding cash payment, he left the job incomplete because demanding money in advance and threaten to leave if we don’t pay them in advance despite the job is not done according to their own given schedule. I also found out they are doing few projects at the same time that’s why couldn’t complete on time.

We couldn’t be happier with the professionalism and quality of workmanship from REA Construction. The project was delivered within budget and on time. There were almost no hitches and, when they did occur, they were dealt with immediately and thoroughly. Very disappointing experience with Ramon. Ramon came to view the property before we agreed on the scope and price of the exterior painting job. We had detailed discussions in person and over the phone and agreed on everything including price and scope. Despite that, after starting the job, he changed his mind about the agreed price and asked for more money — something he never flagged during the site visit. He painted part of the exterior and then left the job half done without any communication for two full days. There was no explanation or notice — I was left completely in the dark. It was promised that he would come back the next day as he needed some extra tools but after multiple messages being ignored and calls being ignored it was clear we were left in vulnerable position with a half painted house without any communication. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unreliability make it impossible for me to recommend him. I have CCTV evidence of our conversations.
