We were thoroughly pleased with Bathroom Renovation, Bahram and the services provided. We required stud walls throughout our apartment, ceiling replacement and ducting/pipework concealing. I can only say that Bahram and his communications have been a breath of fresh air. The team are efficient, friendly and get the job done - most importantly Bahram takes pride in the work his team complete. Our job was relatively urgent and Bahram offered what I feel was a fair price, remained communicative and had his team readily available to get the job completed within the timeframe. Most importantly, as with it seems all building works, jobs can grow slightly, but Bahram’s considered approach and advice was invaluable. We increased the scope of our works mid-job, and are really pleased with the results. Fair pricing, someone who has pride in their work, and a job well done.

TLC have completed the first phase of the project which has involved a complete renovation and upgrade of the kitchen, bathroom, and rear garden area. A new contemporary staircase has also been fitted. The work has been completed well ahead of schedule, and this is testament to the planning and coordination skills provided by TLC. All of the work has been completed to a very high standard, and a great deal of care has been taken to ensure the minimum disruption to the local residents. We are extremely grateful for the advice and support provided to us leading up to the restoration work and whilst the restoration was underway, and we are absolutely delighted with the final results. Our house has been transformed into a contemporary family home. Many thanks to Bradley, Paul, and the rest of the team at TLC.

Majed and his team were outstanding from start to finish. We had our entire first floor renovated—four bedrooms and a bathroom—each room with a unique design: a master bedroom, a nursery, a kids' room, and a study/home office. Our design requirements were detailed and quite strict, from precise placement of mouldings to ensure symmetry, to fitting LED strips seamlessly within custom wood panelling. Majed took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and delivered with precision and care. The whole team was professional, polite, and incredibly respectful—especially important as we were living in the house throughout the renovation. They worked around our schedules and limitations without issue, and always kept the space tidy and disruption to a minimum. Special thanks to the joiner and the decorator for their excellent workmanship and attention to detail. We’re genuinely thrilled with the outcome and would highly recommend Majed and his team.

Working with Petrit was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. He and his team are friendly and open for discussions. They’re quick, affordable, and help with decision making. Would hire again! Have to say as well, as a woman, Petrit and his team treated my husband and I equally, unlike my experience with other tradesmen who direct all their conversations to the men. Petrit knocked opened up our living kitchen area, laid herringbone floors, replastered the property, installed new radiators, added a built in ladder to our attic, and re did our bathroom. He also helped us match the floor boards from an existing room and helped us source front and back doors for much better price than what we were getting quoted in East London. The painting of the entire house was done in a rush as we needed to move in, so the attention to detail fell down a little here compared to everything else that was done, but I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Petrit again!! After and before pics included!

I found Kam through MyBuilder after seeing that he had over 300 reviews. After reading through several of them, I decided to hire him to lay my laminate flooring. He did an excellent job.
