Job never started. I think the trade-person realised eventually that he can't make this type of job. Making a lot of excuses of personal nature he eventually rejected to start the project. God is the judge for him! However his treatment of the potential "employers" does not look good. As a result of his actions the project was started only at the beginning of August. Now it is completed thanks to other trades-people.

I recommend Swift Home Solutions without reservation. Throughout the job they have kept me fully informed and have always found time to discuss the work. The quote was extremely reasonable, the work completed to a very high standard indeed and the area was tidied fully on completion. They both worked diligently, were friendly and approachable at all times and nothing was too much bother. Sam did a very professional job on our kitchen and down stairs toilet cupboard. He kept us informed of his progress and always made sure that the works progress and completion was to our expectation. The work was started and fineshed on time and within the budget we had planned. All areas were left in a clean and tidy state.

Absolutely fantastic job. Worked like a trooper in all weathers. Nothing was too much Trouble and the work has been finished to a very high standard. Cleared up after himself each evening and worked through into the evenings often. Even the rain did not put him off and carried on working soaked through. If you are looking for a true expert for finlock guttering removal or replacement. Jason Shaw is your man. We had all concrete guttering around the bungalow removed and also removed from inside the conservatory. He made sure all openings were securely covered , taped up so we had no dust in rest of the house. We can highly recommend him .

Totally wasted our time. Accepted the quote and were advised they couldn’t start for a month. We had to chase Matt for a start date which was finally agreed. Night before, no contact so texted at 8pm to ask what time they would arrive. Text back with no apology but said the current job had overrun so wouldn’t be starting until Monday. Very annoyed as we had arranged work around this so one of us could be at home and he clearly wasn't going to let us know this until we chased him up! The Monday was a Bank Holiday so didn’t expect them until the Tuesday (although they didn't say this!). Texted on Monday evening as again no contact and he didn’t even bother to respond this time. Rang on the Tuesday and obviously blocked number as straight to voicemail. Waited a month for the work to be done and then he just didn’t bother turning up or have the courtesy to let us know he obviously wasn’t going to do the job. Don’t understand the motivation here at all to agree to a job and then just not do it. If you don’t want the job don’t accept it! Avoid at all costs!
