Cannot fault Chris or his work in anyway whatsoever. He was tasked with kitting out my shell of a Summerhouse, This involved insulation plastering and electrics. Now where he excelled on my opinion is that he highlighted potential issues and solutions for them that other people who quoted never even thought of. He explained every step of what he would do to provide the best possible outcome. His quote was also spot on to where I wanted to be so he got the job. As for his work it certainly has not disappointed, his plastering skills are 1st class and all the other work is on point. I would not hesitate to have him back and will be doing later in the year for our next project. Do not hesitate to get him out and see what he can do for you!!!

Loft Conversion- 8 Aug 2019
When we decided to have our loft converted we had a number of quotes and also a recommendation. We chose not to go with the recommended company, whose work we had seen as we instantly liked Steve when he came round to give us a quote. He was friendly and courteous and straight to the point. We felt that we could trust him from the first meeting. (I always trust my gut instinct with people and am usually right!) Now that the work is finished, we absolutely love our loft extension and cannot believe how little disruption and mess was made throughout. Every workman involved in the project respected our house and constantly cleaned and tidied as they went along. This helped enormously as we both work and the last thing we wanted was to clean up every evening. Steve gave us a timescale of 6-8 weeks and as promised it was completed in this time, he also kept us continually updated and informed of next steps and also got back to us immediately when we contacted him. I hate cliches but all of the tradesmen went the extra mile which was amazing, especially after having read nightmare stories of other people’s experiences. A special thanks has to go to Wayne who plastered and decorated for us-his work is amazing. We would definitely recommend Redstone Construction to other people and everyone who has seen our loft extension has loved it. Thank you Steve and the team for giving us a dream bedroom with a bigger than average en suite.

I am very happy with the work and communication between Sam and his staff. The job has been done very well and is neat and tidy. The outside does not look like it’s been converted as the bricks are an exact match. The material was all Good quality stuff. All material was supplied. Sam and his team just came every morning at 8am and got on with the work. Only needed me to ask about any alterations. Would definitely recommend and use again for the rest of the house.

Able to meet on a fair price and quick start date. Few technical issues here and there as you often have (did have to extend time on the job by couple of days) but ultimately got everything squared away and as agreed. No disagreement over snagging issues identified (which were put right). Final problems were sorted by the bricklayer, at the very end, who personally brought it all together. Overall decent, polite team of guys and honestly recommended.

For the start they were interested in the job we wanted doing - talking to us about the uses for the garage conversion and making suggestions to the layout and additions to the room. While the job was underway we asked the team to do a few additional tasks for us - nothing was too much trouble. Great experience and would definitely go back to New Valley again in the future.

We hired Ian to convert our garage into an extra living room, tile our downstairs toilet and install new wood flooring to our entire ground floor approx 65m2 From day 1 Ian was very efficient and clear with his communication and gave us a lot of encouragement that he would handle the project with care and attention. (This wasnt the case from the other people who quoted) Ian and his crew did a fantastic job on our renovation, nothing felt rushed and you could see ian and his team wanted to do the best to make us happy. The floor they installed looks amazing and blends seamlessly from wood to tiled areas. We would not hesitate to recommend Ian and his team, we have found someone we can trust do a great job for a fair price, so much so we have already hired Ian to come back retile our kitchen next month and we are also discussing other projects with him for later in the year. Mario and Fabio have worked so hard to complete a full cloakroom fitting. Fitted a basin unit, toilet, radiator, lighting and tiling.It looks absolutely amazing, their workmanship is very skilled and attention to detail is fantastic. Mario's tiling is one of the best i have seen! The most impressive thing about them both is that they are very punctual, professionally and very very hardworking.
