I chose Phil of Build-it because of the prompt reply and his quick assessment of the of the work required. He came in with a competitive price and he gave us a positive feeling that he would be able to complete the job on time and to the required standard. Phil and his small team started the job when promised and completed the work within the time they said. All the work done was to a very high standard and they left the job each day clearing up after them selves. I would certainly use them again if the need arises and would recommend them.

Dan is a genuine and friendly guy who gave a great value quote and started the job within a week. The job involved wall demolition, plastering, electrics and some plumbing. He worked quickly, arriving on time and only taking an hour lunch break each day. The job is completed to a high standard with no fuss at all. Excellent communication from start to finish and really delighted with the work! I genuinely had high expectations on how I wanted my en-suite to look and working with Andy and Ste allowed me to develop the vision I had in mind with no compromise on keeping within my budget. I work on shifts as part of my job, however was quickly reassured by Parnaby that they are reliable, efficient and professional, turning up when they said they would and flexible with time when I needed it. Works was completed to time and the decor was exactly how I wished it to be. Cannot recommend Parnaby enough, Andy and Ste were an absolute pleasure to plan with, worked with the utmost professionalism and within the budget I had. Thank you!
