We hired Nicholls construction for a large extension which was a 6 month project in total. We had an overall positive experience with them very friendly and helpful. Dan and his team were on hand to explain complicated issues that arose due to our structural issues and provide solutions. Whilst we stayed living on site they took care to not cause much disturbance by building temporary walls. In terms of budget we feel they were very fair with sticking to the agreed fixed quote and happy to sign a contract. We are satisfied with the outcome and would definitely recommend them.

I would like to say that Danny and his team did a fantastic job on the single storey extension to our home, they were very efficient and tidy during the whole build and kept us informed at each stage. I was very impressed with the speed in which it was completed, and the building inspector also commented on how much of a good job it was. Danny is very approachable and informative and added some really nice touches to the extension after consulting us which gave it that bit extra! some of his ideas I wouldn’t have thought of, I would not hesitate to recommend Danny, we are very happy and looking forward to appreciating their hard work.

Kamil did a great job of knocking out an internal wall (relocating our boiler in the process) and also fixing the flooring upstairs and replacing radiators. All done while we were away on holiday and when he had a question he texted to ask rather than trying to guess, which was very appreciated and not always the case with builders! Have already had him back out to quote for all the other work we want to get done.

Bernie provides outstanding customer service. He takes great pride in his works and has a large understanding of skills that he is more than happy to share. He worked extremely well on leveling the fireplace to the correct height and the job was done in great timing. He had great availability for the job and I was so pleased that it was done urgently. He showed me some of his other works and it was a truly magnificent work of art to say the least and I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

Geoff replied to my ad very quickly and was able to give me a quote within a few days. He offered what I thought was a fair price and had the job done within the next ten days. I would certainly hire Geoff again as he was clean, tidy and made a very good job of the partition wall and doorway.

Great work by Luke and all his team. The work is to a really high standard and aesthetically pleasing. Luke's attention to detail is second to none. His brickwork is amazing. He listens to any questions or concerns and makes sure that he answers and resolves them. The finished product is way beyond what we had expected. The site was managed well and all members of the team were respectful and they worked well together. I would certainly recommend Luke for any building work you need doing as he makes sure that the job is done well and stress-free.

Christo was so quick and responsive in sending across a quote and getting a date in the diary for the renovation. When it came to the actual work, he was great in explaining where he was at and letting us know if there was anything unexpected that came up, which when it did, he was so helpful and quick in sorting. The quality of work is fantastic and we were so impressed with the tidiness and efficiency of the team.
