External render to extension tied into existing including returns. Kevin was always freindly, helpfull and willing. He simply got on and did a good job with no problems. I look forward to his return to complete the internal plaster once we are ready.

Like with any job you reasonably can/should allow for some delays, misunderstandings and general extenuating circumstances that create snags, but with Henry it was pretty relentless. The work in the end was mid at best (some may even argue that, judge for yourself). The condition in which the property was handed back was pretty poor (unfinished and not cleaned), but worst of all his professional conduct and communication increasingly became abysmal as the project lagged on and I'm a pretty patient person. Even the estate agent was gobsmacked. The images included are examples of comms and how the property was handed back as 'complete'. Then threatening to charge for a (second) call out when the hob not being pinned was his error, is not cool. Ultimately, I've had to call another contractor to come and simply pin the hob down, as this contractor did not and gave us the runaround when trying to schedule him to come back and rectify (which definitely would be covered by warranty).
