We are very happy with Zaza and his team's work on our flat, which included taking down a structural wall and installing a box frame to support the load, and then installing a new kitchen, toilet, floors and wardrobes. They worked diligently and efficiently, and managed to work around supply problems, as well as the challenges of us living in the flat during the works, to ensure the project finished on time and on budget. They communicated well, making sure to understand exactly what we wanted to do while also giving good advice where compromises had to be made, and gave us frequent updates on the progress of the work. We will definitely want to work with them again on our next project!

To say Andy and his team did an amazing job is an understatement! Every step of the process was above and beyond, to coming round to give a quote, to the tidy up at the end. Outstanding attitude and communication, very prompt and tidy and the workmanship is perfect! I really couldn't be happier with my knock through and especially my new go to builder! It is hard to find someone to trust, not just with your home but with so much more in this case. Andy, once again, I cannot thank you enough! You really came to my rescue here! The best two builders in the world. CR builders, are by far the most polite, courteous and lovely gentlemen that I have ever had the PLEASURE of dealing with in my entire life. They were ALWAYS on time in the mornings, getting straight on with their work and man they work hard. They never wasted time. Completed a huge project on time, on budget (excellent quotation provided) and I literally can't say a bad thing about CR builders. If anyone would ever like to see their dry lining skills, please feel free to visit Unit 6, K9 Estate, Ferry Lane South, RM13 9YH. CR builders built me a 30 metre length x 9 metre high wall and did so within the two week short timeframe I had given them. Professional to the core, and SO knowledgeable. They were always happy to explain to me what they were doing and showing me the work they had completed. I could go on forever about CR builders. I made a great friendship with CR builders by the end of our time together, and they will always remain my first call. They also did work on creating a new opening in my warehouse for roller shutters, and also creating a concrete ramp for a van to drive up to my shutters. All in all, a 20 out of 10 from me.

The job was split into separate parts for ease and Michael/MME took on the loft conversion piece. The conversion itself wasn't so straightforward as he was working with a previously created loft space with no building control sign off. Michael was great at every stage though, and work progressed very quickly. Attention to detail was fantastic - Michael identified ways to maximise space when quoting, and minor changes requested by me throughout the job were dealt with very efficiently. He even helped out here and there with some unrelated jobs going on in other areas of the property. I had a very specific design for the en-suite and Michael was very keen to make sure it was all done correctly. The property now has a fantastic loft space, additional bathroom, and most importantly is building control legal! I would have no hesitation in recommending Michael/MME to anyone else thinking of a loft conversion. It's very difficult picking a building company, but I felt I could trust Michael with the job from initial quote to final payment.

Tony and his guys did a garage conversion for us in September/October 2016. We also hired his associates for lots of other work around the house including painting the interior, some electric and plumbing work. He was very trustworthy and professional, as were all the guys who did work for us. Finances and plans were very clear and we couldn't be happier with the result. We would not hesitate to hire them again in the future and would highly recommend to others.
