David and his team have been absolutely exceptional. Our conversion ended up being a much bigger job due to woodworm and the whole roof had to be removed and rebuilt from scratch. The team have nearly finished and the quality of their work has been outstanding and very reasonably priced. The team have worked long hours and every aspect has been of an extremely high standard. We hired Chris for our garage conversion, extension into car port and new kitchen. We chose Chris because of his friendly and positive outlook on the work, nothing seemed to be a problem and he was good value. The work took a little longer than planned but this was due to some unforseen circumstances. The job however has been completed to an EXCELLENT standard. Compared to some of the other builders we have had who are grumpy and rude, Chris and his tradesmen were fantastic and we always felt comfortable with them being in the house no matter if we were in or not. Luckily Arran and Steve were available short notice for our building work. They were always on time and despite some issues with delivery of rhe steel required they stayed until the job was finished. Both Arran and Steve are extremely helpful giving me tips on bits of DIY which I was doing myself. The work has been done to an excellent standard and we've already booked them in for further work to our kitchen. We'll definitely be using them again. The experience in the trade showed and they have an extensive knowledge on all aspects of building work.

I hired SBS to build my utility room extension and new rear patio as they were local builders and their estimate was by far the most detailed that I received and very competitive. Before work began, construction and payment schedules were agreed with Lee and my designer so that the whole process began on time and was largely completed on time (8 weeks) and to estimate (other than extras I requested during construction). The finish is excellent, not surprising as all the subcontractors were established local tradesman. Lee and Aaron were great to work with, kept me informed on progress and importantly, I was able to leave them in charge when away. Can fully recommend SBS for other jobs.
