I’m a bricklayer by trade, there is a team of 3 highly skilled people and do all aspects of building work for example: extensions roofing , driveways ,,landscaping. Fencing , decking and much more . Very punctual , the work we carry out is always to a very high standard .   It started well and he completed the job, but a few days later my conservatory started leaking again when it rained. I contacted him and, although he always replied and agreed to come back, he repeatedly cancelled, usually citing health issues. This went on for almost two months. Eventually, when I asked if I should hire someone else to look at it, he agreed and left the issue unresolved. It’s very disappointing — I wish I had hired a proper local company so I could have gone back to their office instead of having to chase someone virtually hundreds of times.

  We have used Skeffington Properties for the last two jobs on our house. The first was resealing of the conservatory and second was sorting our porch roof out to stop a continuous drip that started last week. Both jobs completed promptly after our requests and tidied after themselves. Thanks
