He recently completed a big project for us of replacing our old conservatory with a new Ultraframe roof and aluminium doors, plus a new flat roof. It's made such a difference to our space and the work has been completed to a really high standard. Ollie always took the time to explain our options clearly and keep us updated on progress (he even sent us pictures while we were away). We also really appreciated that he was never pushy, the costs were transparent and he had no sales tactics. Even though there were a few tricky bits, Ollie managed everything smoothly. On top of it all, Ollie and his team were all a pleasure to talk to and were always polite and friendly. Thanks for the brilliant work!

Did not show up and no message until two days later I messaged him. He'd been too busy. Said he was visiting four days later in preparation to start the job the next weekend. No arrival and ignoring my messages. Very cross as I had others wanting the job.
